WB e-District হলো পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকারের একটি ডিজিটাল সেবা প্রদান প্রকল্প, যা নাগরিকদের জন্য জেলা স্তরের বিভিন্ন সরকারি পরিষেবা অনলাইনে সহজে ও দ্রুত পদ্ধতিতে পাওয়ার ব্যবস্থা তৈরি করেছে। এই প্রকল্পের মাধ্যমে নাগরিকরা তাদের প্রয়োজনীয় সরকারি সেবা যেমন আয় সার্টিফিকেট, ডোমিসাইল সার্টিফিকেট, জন্ম ও মৃত্যু সার্টিফিকেট, গোর্খা সার্টিফিকেট ইত্যাদি আবেদন এবং প্রাপ্ত করতে পারেন।

📌 WB e-District প্রকল্পের মূল উদ্দেশ্য:
* ডিজিটাল সেবা প্রদান: নাগরিকরা ঘরে বসে বা বাংলা সাহায়তা কেন্দ্র (BSK) থেকে বিভিন্ন সরকারি সেবা গ্রহণ করতে পারেন।
* প্রক্রিয়া স্বচ্ছ এবং দ্রুত: সেবা প্রদান প্রক্রিয়া স্বচ্ছ, দ্রুত এবং সহজ করে তোলা।
* দূরবর্তী অঞ্চলের নাগরিকদের সুবিধা: গ্রামীণ ও দুর্গম অঞ্চলের নাগরিকদেরও সরকারি সেবা সহজে পৌঁছানো।
* নাগরিকদের সুবিধার্থে ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে আবেদন ও সেবা প্রাপ্তি।

📌 WB e-District কীভাবে ব্যবহার করবেন?
পোর্টালে প্রবেশ: WB e-District সেবা পেতে প্রথমে পশ্চিমবঙ্গের সরকারি e-District পোর্টালে যেতে হবে।
নতুন ব্যবহারকারী হলে নিবন্ধন: যদি আপনি নতুন ব্যবহারকারী হন, তবে পোর্টালে নিবন্ধন করতে হবে।
আবেদন নির্বাচন: আপনি যে সেবা চাচ্ছেন, সেটি নির্বাচন করুন, যেমন জাতি সার্টিফিকেট বা আয় সার্টিফিকেট।
প্রয়োজনীয় ডকুমেন্ট আপলোড: আবেদন করার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় সমস্ত ডকুমেন্ট আপলোড করুন।
অ্যাপ্লিকেশন ট্র্যাকিং: আবেদন করার পর আপনি সহজেই তার অবস্থা ট্র্যাক করতে পারবেন।

📌 WB e-District-এর সুবিধা:
সহজ অ্যাক্সেস: এটি নাগরিকদের জন্য সরকারি সেবাগুলি সহজে অ্যাক্সেসযোগ্য করে তোলে।
সময় ও অর্থ বাঁচানো: সরকারি অফিসে যাওয়ার প্রয়োজন নেই, অনলাইনে আবেদন করার মাধ্যমে সময় ও অর্থ বাঁচানো সম্ভব।
স্বচ্ছতা: সরকারি সেবার জন্য কোনো দুর্নীতি বা অবৈধ প্রভাব কমে যাবে, কারণ সব কিছু ডিজিটালভাবে ট্র্যাক করা যাবে।
নাগরিকদের সুবিধার জন্য বাংলা সাহায়তা কেন্দ্র (BSK): নাগরিকরা তাদের নিকটবর্তী BSK থেকে সেবা পেতে পারেন।

WB e-District-এর মাধ্যমে ডিজিটাল শাসনব্যবস্থা ও সরকারের সাথে যোগাযোগ আরও সহজ ও কার্যকরী হয়ে উঠছে।
